Prize Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This prize competition is operated by Limitless Roofing (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

  • Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  • By entering, you confirm you meet the eligibility requirements.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse entry where necessary.
  • The prize is available for residential properties of up to 4 bedrooms only. Properties exceeding this size are not eligible.

3. How to Enter (Paid Entry)

  • Entries can also be made via the website by purchasing a ticket.
  • Each entry requires the correct answer to a skill-based question.
  • Entries without the correct answer will not be included in the draw.

4. Skill-Based Question

  • Entry to the competition requires participants to answer a question designed to require skill, knowledge, or judgment.
  • The question must not be so easy that it can be answered correctly by the majority of participants.

5. Competition Requirement

  • The competition will only proceed to award the main prize if at least 60% of available tickets are sold.
  • If fewer than 60% of tickets are sold, the Promoter will offer a cash alternative as outlined below.

6. Prize

  • The prize consists of two (2) full reroofs, supplied and installed by the Promoter.
  • The prize is non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash, except as outlined below.

7. Cash Alternative

  • If fewer than 60% of available tickets are sold, the winner will receive a cash prize based on a proportion of total ticket sales instead of the main prize.

8. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected at random from all correct and valid entries.
  • The draw will take place within a reasonable time after the closing date.
  • Winners will be contacted using the details provided.

9. Ticket Sales & Refunds

  • All paid entries are final and non-refundable, except where the competition is cancelled.

10. Charity Donation

  • 10% of all ticket sales will be donated to a local children’s hospital.

11. Publicity

  • By entering, winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and general location for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

12. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
  • This competition is intended to be conducted as a legal prize competition under UK law and is not a lottery.
  • By entering, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
